1. Information We Collect
Khuambana may collect account details, company details, contact information, collection addresses, collection request data, payment references, device notification tokens, and operational records needed to provide the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process collection requests, coordinate collectors and companies, support payments and billing, send service notifications, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and safety.
3. Payments and Third Parties
Payment flows may involve mobile money, banking, messaging, hosting, analytics, and infrastructure providers. We share only the information reasonably needed to process transactions, deliver notifications, operate the platform, or comply with law.
4. Data Storage and Security
We use technical and organizational controls designed to protect Khuambana data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No digital service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep risk proportionate and actively managed.
5. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Khuambana, maintain business and payment records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support audit or security needs.
6. Your Choices
You may request account corrections, access, or deletion where legally available. Some operational, payment, security, or compliance records may need to be retained even after an account is closed.
7. Children
Khuambana is intended for business and household waste collection coordination and is not directed to children. Users should only create accounts if they are legally able to use the service.
8. Contact
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to info@anozen.org. If your account is managed through a waste management company, that company may also help with operational account requests.
